today (tuesday) was a bit of a nightmare with me and my betting, , the first at redcar was a signal on one of my systems so only stuck a quid on at 40/1 and even thou the roi is high i was kicking myself again,for the sake of a quid, then in the 2nd race again only 2 quid on at the 45/1 winner after the odds gave me my 2nd signal, feeling it is going to be one of those days, over at sailsbury i had already tipped the winner in the first but forgot and missed a nice 6/1 winner,then again in the next two, im not sure were my head is at this time and giving myself a swift kick up the arse, i had a small break,had a tea and got stuck back in, put a bet on golden aria at sailsbury at 18/1 and then traded out early and watched it win, nother kick up the arse for me...then again in the next,talked myself out of the 30/1 winner and went with minis destination instead which came 3rd. had danvilla on my ratings in the next, but oh no not me and again with collect art after convincing myself it was just paper form........oh can it get any worse.......oh yes... over to the evening races, watched the first few and then put a bet in on private lives at 32/1 then changed my mind, traded out and bet on a different horse, private lives won ......by this time im getting the hump and its affecting my judgement. ,so i thought one more and ill quit. so kept looking and spotted saphire rouge at southwell, nice 18/1 on betfair so put in my bet, then something swayed me and i traded out and watched it go on to win............well that was it for me, not sure if it was my frame of mind or my stupid decission making but i ad come to the conclusion that i was not in any frame of mind to bet........feeling some what deflated i quit to save another day........
