well yeterday started off pretty dismall looking at my ratings, and it was soon obvoius that speed was taking president yesterday,which for me makes no difference as all the info i needed was in the ratings sheet, my biggest mistake would of been the colour coding which done nothing but draw your eyes away from the bigger picture.

after the 4th race i knew the ratings were not going to perform as well so i simply dropped the top three and soley used the lto figure, which again wasnt easy but helped me bag some winners and end the day on another profitable one.

I would hate to think that people are lumping on regardless of thought or reason, liking a horses name or because it looks good in the paddock are methods i try to avoid. so here i will give you some examples so you can see how i used the sheets info to my advantage.

Mon 23rd May 2011 4.00 Carlisle (11 runners)

catallout and coolinthe shades were the two fastest lto...catallout won

Mon 23rd May 2011 4.15 Leicester (5 runners)

Jacqueline Quest (IRE) and saddlers bend were top lto....saddlers bend won at 14/1 jaq came 3rd
 
Mon 23rd May 2011 4.30 Carlisle (10 runners)

Cathcart Castle,Minis Destination,Decadence were the 3 top lto......minis destination won at 11/1 and cath came 3rd  
what i am capable of is supplying all the info possible,but what i cant do is predict what factor is going to play the biggest part on the day, i soley look at the horses as a first point of call, and then all the other stats that back it up
 
as on many occassions i do advice that you view the ratings for a few weeks until you pick up the methods used and when to apply them........only yesterday i had to email a few people who had put up a few of my selections online but had mis enterpreted what i had said, but after pointing out there mistakes they soon bagged some great winners, at 14/1 and above.....
